All Let’s Learn instructor training is on an exclusive one-to-one basis. You won´t waste time and money sitting in the back of a car watching somebody else learn. From day one, we will walk you through the whole process of becoming a fully qualified instructor, including the paperwork! Once I had decided to become a Driving Instructor two and a half years ago, a friend of mine recommended Let’s Learn SOM as a sponsor. After getting in touch with Jacqui, I started my ADI training straight away.

She made the whole process so easy!

I received online support for my Part 1 (Theory Test) and also started working towards my Part 2 (Practical Test) straight away. I only needed minimal lessons with Jacqui to ensure that I worked on any bad habits I had developed after years of driving!

Whilst working on my Part 2, I also started my Part 3 (Instructional Ability) training. This involved a fair bit of role play, which didn’t come naturally to me, but Jacqui tailored the lessons to meet my needs.

Whilst working towards my Part 3, and after achieving a certain level of competence, I worked under a pink trainee badge. This gave me invaluable experience and the practical experience I needed to successfully complete my Part 3 exam.

Let’s Learn made the whole process so easy, as well as enjoyable! I completed the whole process in nine months (alongside a full time managerial job)! I only paid for the hours that I needed, so the cost was a fraction of many other training schools, which is a great bonus!

Once I qualified, I started working for Let’s Learn. I was concerned about my income as I was giving up a full-time managerial role to become a driving instructor. Jacqui ensured that I started with a full diary of pupils and I hit the ground running! I’ve never looked back and am enjoying my job to the full! I am still learning everyday, but the support network at the school is great; the other instructors are a source of great support and I know I can always contact them if I need to discuss anything. I’m now working to become Ordit registered and I am looking forward to the next chapter of this exciting career, training other people to become driving instructors!
